4. Small Claims Court in Alameda County has a new Digital Evidence Portal where litigants can upload evidentiary documents. It is optional to use and not mandatory. The deadline to submit evidence through this portal is 3:00 PM the day before your trial. However, even if you miss this deadline, you can bring evidence to your Small Claims trial.
